Mr. Eckert provides his clients with personalized service and attention in cases involving bankruptcy, estate planning and probate, foreclosure defense, corporate and business law along with evictions and other real estate disputes. Mr. Eckert represents clients living in Central Florida or those with legal interests in Central Florida.  Many of these legal matters originate in the Florida counties of Volusia, Lake, Flagler and Seminole. Over the years, Mr. Eckert has filed over 2,000 bankruptcy cases, both personal and business. He has defended against multiple hundreds of lawsuits on behalf of clients including foreclosure defense, credit card lawsuits and other actions to collect debts, repossessions, garnishments, evictions, contracts and leases.  Mr. Eckert has drafted hundreds of wills, and other estate planning documents for local residents, along with routining assisting in the probate of wills and administration of trusts.
